Senior Web Developer

We are seeking a senior web developer with hands-on experience delivering web sites in a fun, collaborative agency environment. This person will take a lead role in architecting and developing large web sites that meet requirements communicated through annotated wireframes. You should be able to guide technical discussions and lead a client through technical solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Interpret and translate requirements and annotated wireframes into technical task plans with estimates and technical documentation
- Clear communication of architectural choices to internal teams and client and the impact of these choices
- Work in collaboration with the project manager to establish a development task plan using JIRA that meets project deadlines while taking in consideration task dependencies, client involvement and QA
- Troubleshoot and resolve reported defects in existing builds
- Work closely with the various cross-functional teams to test and refine designs and prototypes
Successful candidate will have:
- 5+ years of professional development experience
- Strong experience with Drupal site building and Drupal contributed modules
- Experience developing custom Drupal modules
- Experience working on large-scale CMS (Content Management System) projects
- Strong experience in PHP and mySQL
- Strong communication (verbal and written) skills with other team members and clients
- Experience in HTML, CSS & other presentation layer technologies
- Experience with JavaScript, including popular libraries like jQuery
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience using version control systems such as Git
- A CS, CE, or CIS degree
- Bilingual (Spanish - English)
Social Media Community Manager

Essential Functions:
- Engage in online listening to monitor conversations and reviews for Customer’s brand and craft consistent responses as needed (Yelp, Glassdoor, etc.);
- Create, curate and promote engaging content for social media channels.
- Monitor and report on competitive social channels;
- Collaborate with marketing team and outside resources to create content for social channels;
- Manage development of creative assets across social media (Facebook timeline cover, profile pic, thumbnails, infographics, ads, Twitter and LinkedIn profiles);
- Analyze social performance and reputation management efforts and provide key metrics to management;
- Keep up to date on advances in digital marketing best practices;
- Complete miscellaneous job duties as assigned.
MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS / SKILLS: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
- 2+ years social media experience in a B2B environment ;
- BS or BA Preferred in Marketing or related field (equivalent experience may substitute for degree);
- Understands the power of feed marketing;
- Knowledge of search engine optimization-think including basic keyword research. We name and tag our posts based on research;
- Discretion to identify threats and opportunities in user generated content;
- Strong record of creating and managing successful social content to drive brand awareness and engage diverse audience across social platforms;
- Strong understanding of social media and social media analytics;
- Effective time management skills, work effectively under pressure and set personal deadlines, while working with limited supervision;
- Analytical, problem solving, decision making skills;
- Excellent verbal and writing skills;
- High competency in Microsoft Office.
